Lady's Opinions

The night that Lady stated that she was turning her back on the profession and walking away.
This was a sad night for all, including the fans that loved her and the fans that loved to hate her.
On this night everyone put aside the differences and held on to the past memories as if they were our only means of life support.

In 2000, Lady announced that she was going to be stepping away from the ringside to take a break and spend more time with her family. When she explained to all of the fans that her 15 year old son had spent the better part of his life on weekends at some show and that her now 4 year old daughter was doing the same, and she felt it was time to just go home and hang up her gear and spend more time with them before she had anymore regrets. Even though,we the fans was saddened and was pleading with Lady to please stay, she smiled sweetly and stated that if she could take us all home with her she would, but as we all knew that could never happen, so just always remember her and keep her in our thoughts and we would always have a piece of her with us always. Her words were humble and filled with love and she took the time to hug each and everyone of us and wish us a blessed life. Many of us were weeping because we felt as if we was saying good-bye to a dear friend.
Later that night it was announced that Lady was taking leave from the sport, and the ones of us who did not already know this began to protest this idea. Just after the last match of the evening, Lady came out to say her good-byes to her "people" as she refered to us all, and she announced that one day she would return.
Just moments before  she walked out carrying her bags, the arena was filled with the music "Here I go Again", we the fans all stood and gave her a send off that rocked the house. She shook hands, gave hugs and wished each and every person there a God bless you. Every man, woman and child there this night shed a tear to see her go. Once she reached the doorway to leave, she looked back and waved and smiled through her own tears then she took a final bow.
Many of us went to our homes that night with a saddened heart and the feeling of a slight emptyness about us. Many prayers concisted of God bless you Lady and return to us soon.

L.A. Lady was and still is the only woman who can and does do what she feels and knows the fans wants to see done or would like to do themselves.
When Lady is on the evil side of the ring, she cheats at all cost to help her man/men to win. She always travels in groups, and if one member of that group should get it in their mind that they are outgrowing the others, Lady will put them back in their place real fast or just simply remove them all together.
If Lady does not care to burn her own son's face, what makes the other's think they are more special?.
When Lady is on the good side of the ring, she is really no different than she was on the bad side. She still will use brass knucks, chains, ropes, pipes, handcuffs, and her famous loaded purse.
When she uses the same objects no one seems to mind, the fans even lies on her behalf to the refs and swears that she did nothing wrong. As she once stated in an interview, "I do what the fans wants and wishes they could do, the only down side to that is when I do it as a heel, they don't like it that well."

Quote: Ever danced with the devil in the pale moon light? When you dance with the devil, the devil doesn't change. The devil changes you!
