Lady's Opinions

Here is a history briefing on L. A. Lady.

L.A. Lady has not always been known to us as she is now.
In the early 1980's she was know as Angel Lady and in the later 1980's she became Dark Lady.
Dark Lady was a evil woman that no one wanted to make angry. If you crossed her, she would toss at you an Ace of spades.
That was the death card, that was her way of saying that she was about to kill off your career.
Everyone was grateful when Dark Lady retired in 1989.

In 1992 Lady made her presents known to the public at APW as the manager of Sgt. Mike Fair and Cp. Randy Elrod as Dogette. Her quote was: "I only look sweet and innocent." And was she ever right! She was a ruthless, cold hearted woman, with a passion for pain and destruction.

By 1994, Mean Mike Fair had started calling her Freedom. That was when the wrestling fans and fellow co-workers learned that Freedom and Mean Mike Fair was brother and sister.
Her attitude remained the same along with her underhanded stunts to cheat and cause havoc in order for Mean Mike to win. If at any given time did anyone try to cause or do harm to her, all they had to do was look over her shoulder and there would be standing her big brother protecting his baby sister.
In 1995, Freedom stepped away from the wrestling ring to take up the role of a wife and mother. She was expecting her second child in the late summer of 1996.
She would make appearances and sit among the fans and cheer on her favorite heros, Mean Mike Fair and Randy "Dog" Elrod.

In 1996 she appeared in late August to an APW show carrying a small baby girl. She took her seat among the crowd holding close to her this new tiny bundle of joy, and to one side sat her oldest son and to the other side sat her husband. She sat proud and tall with her family. When suddenly she was spotted by fans and approached with questions of how was she, and was she returning, she would smile and say sweetly, someday I may.
In late September that same year, she was in attendance at another APW show with her family at her sides and fans swormed around her asking again when would she be returning, she again gave her same answer as before, "Someday I may."
That night one of the wrestlers made a huge mistake and called her out making statements about how Freedom was a cheater and that that how the men she managed could not win without her outside help. She stood up smiling and stated,
"The name is L.A. Lady. Remember it, because I am going be around for a long time to come."
In 1996, she had changed her name to L.A. Lady, but that was not all she had changed. She now managed many men and was the heart of the sport, but if you crossed her, she would and still did use her old antics to cause havoc.
Her popularity raised far above and beyond many of her men, but that never had an effect on her or how she conducted her business. She always praised her men for working very hard and for doing an outstanding job, no matter how good or bad the outcome was. She always let it be known that the men she managed was the stars not her, she was just more or less their supporter, a cheerleader, and their friend, but never let it be said that she would back down from anyone who tried to do much harm to anyone she managed.

What a job!

I enjoy doing the job I do. Hard to believe that someone enjoys being cussed at, accused of cheating and being called names huh?
Well, step into my lime light and tell me if you would like it.
